I used to not believe in the power of curated branding on social media.
In an instant-everything changed.
I was loosing my creative edge not only within my business but also my personal life. Without having the reason to be creative, I just wasn't. I found myself reposting everyone else's content rather than creating my own. By doing this I lost the credibility of my knowledge because nothing was my own. My clients in the chair didn't come to me with questions because they would just look it up on Tiktok or Instagram.

It wasn't until working with a social media agency that I realized how much content was being reused within the beauty industry. Everyone was doing the same thing I was-salons in CA had the same visual appearance as a booth renter in Nashville. It just didn't make sense to me.
How is it possible for entirely different people to be marketing the same exact thing from the tone of voice in their caption to the visual appearance on their feed? As creatives, we were not made to copy-we were made to create and inspire. The stress of posting consistently has outweighed the importance of being authentic.
I had enough.

What actually changed?
Don't hesitate
